1.1 “Frontline Safety”, is a DIVISION of "Frontline Safety Limited" which is an incorporated New Zealand company. All “Frontline Safety” website activities come under New Zealand legal jurisdiction.
1.2 “Frontline Safety” is committed to following fair business practices. To this end we assure customers that the operation of this website follows the Model Code for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce published by the New Zealand Ministry of Commerce, and that we faithfully observe our obligations as set out by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
2.1 Prices displayed on “Frontline Safety” website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders.
Prices may be adjusted for any reason and may vary at any time.
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on the website and in any other correspondence.
2.2 "Frontline Safety" a DIVISION of "Frontline Safety" LIMITED which is not GST registered.
"Frontline Safety" asserts the right to the copyright of all aspects of the website, except the trademarks, slogans, logos or designs of the products displayed.
4.0 Faulty or Damaged Goods
4.1 Whenever possible, “Frontline Safety” website will undertake to replace any goods damaged prior to delivery. “Frontline Safety” website will undertake to replace any faulty goods. Damaged or faulty goods will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of “Frontline Safety”. Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged goods. Damaged and faulty goods must be returned to “Frontline Safety” in accordance with our returns policy.
5.0 Order Cancellation
5.1 Though “Frontline Safety” website will endeavour to supply orders placed and accepted on this website, order placement and acceptance do not constitute an obligation on “Frontline Safety” website to supply. “Frontline Safety” website reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. “Frontline Safety” obligations will be limited to protections provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
5.2 In event of any cancelled order, cheque or direct debt payments will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In the event that credit card payment is processed for a cancelled order, refunds will processed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
5.3 Customers who wish to cancel any order must notify “Frontline Safety” website by email by 10am on the next business day following the date of order.
6.1 The “Frontline Safety” website will only accept returns for the following:
Goods with manufacturing faults
Goods supplied incorrectly
7.1 Any submissions between "Frontline Safety" and any customer is to be treated as a submission to "Frontline Safety". By making any submission to "Frontline Safety" you are granting "Frontline Safety" absolute use of the material, ideas, materials, suggestions, concepts or comments and transferring ownership of ideas to "Frontline Safety". "Frontline Safety" is not required to name the customer, compensate the customer or reward the customer in any way, unless required by law.
8.1 "Frontline Safety" provides this site on an as-is basis and makes no representations of any kind for the operation of the web site, as well as for all information, products, materials and services as associated. To the extent of permissible law, we disclaim all warranties and representations. "Frontline Safety" does not warrant that any information available on the "Frontline Safety" website is accurate, current or complete.
8.2 "Frontline Safety" is not liable in any way for any damages arising from the use of this site. This limitation of liability applies to damages of any kind, including direct, indirect and incidental, loss of income, profit, data, property and claims by third parties.
8.3 "Frontline Safety" makes no warranty that the site will meet your requirements. The site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors. The quality of products will meet or match your expectations any software issues will be rectified.
10.0 Delivery Policy
10.1 Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase. We delivery anywhere within New Zealand and estimated delivery times are using between 2 - 5 working days depending on the weight of stock and warehouse stock availability. Some isolated area's may require additional delivery time. Delivery times are based from the received payment time.
